Anne-Laure BÉNET

Anne-Laure Bénet initially joined the firm VOVAN & Associés, where she handled a counseling and litigation practice, after acting as a human resources French/English lawyer for the UN (Geneva). She continued her employment law practice with the firm GRAND, AUZAS & Associés, before joining, in June 2002, the firm JALENQUES, LECASBLE & Associés, as a partner, in charge of the employment department. On January 1rst, 2006, she founded the firm BL & Associés.

Anne-Laure counsels clients on complex employment matters, including audits, restructuring, human resources issues arising in insolvency proceedings, union-management relations, labour contract negotiations, collective actions, management issues, employment agreements, disciplinary procedures, and individual and collective terminations.

Anne-Laure bénet has contributed to the Lamy Company Manager Guidebook. She handles professional training.

Education: admitted to the bar in September 1995, postgraduate diploma DESS International Administration (University of Paris II), school of government Sciences Po I.E.P. Paris (international section), Master in international and European Law (University of Paris II). B.A. in Chinese literature and civilization (University of Paris VII).
