Aurore GUIDO-DEAIBES

Aurore GUIDO-DEAIBES initially began her practice in the M&A department of the law firm GIDE-LOYRETTE-NOUEL. She later joined the law firm of Victor CHETRIT (Paris), and then, in January 2002, moved to BERSAY & Associes as an associate in the Labor and Employment law Department. She was promoted to head of that Department in 2003.

In 2007, Aurore joined BL & Associes as Partner. Aurore represents a wide range of clients, but focuses particularly on those in the areas of technology, financial services (including stock exchanges, banks, and distributors), manufacturing, and luxury.

Aurore specializes in labor law and represents clients on the broad spectrum of legal considerations that affect the employment relationship, including workforce reductions, employment agreements, employment management, personnel policies and practices, disciplinary actions, relations and negotiations between Unions and Personnel representatives, and the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements.

Aurore represents clients on a wide range of matters before French labor/employment courts (Conseil de prud’hommes), and in civil courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Aurore GUIDO-DEAIBES, member of the Paris Bar, is also a lecturer at the University of Rouen.

Education: admitted to the Bar in 1998 / University of Paris V: post-graduate diploma in Business law (DESS) / Master in Business law.
