Anne-Laure provides both litigation and consultancy services: audits/due diligence, restructurings, employment aspects of collective proceedings, management of employee representative bodies and dealings with employment authorities, collective bargaining, issues involving company managers.

She works primarily for French and international companies that operate in a variety of sectors: communication, data marketing, investment funds, pharmaceuticals, hotel and catering, metallurgy and audiovisual.

Anne-Laure began her career working for Vovan & Associés, providing clients with employment consultancy and litigation services, after having gained experience as a bilingual (French/English) in-house lawyer for the United Nations (Geneva). She then went to work as an employment lawyer for Grand, Auzas & Associés, before joining Jalenques, Lecasble & Associés in 2002, where she worked as a partner and manager of the firm’s Employment department. She regularly advises English-speaking clients.

She founded BL & Associés on 1 January 2006.

Anne-Laure has contributed to the Lamy Guide for company managers and provides vocational training on employment law.

Education/admission: Anne-Laure was sworn in in 1995, she has a DESS post-graduate degree in International Administration (Paris II University), a degree from Sciences Po Paris (international section) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature and Chinese civilisation (Paris VII University).
